Terms, without the waffle.

Last updated: 11 April 2026

These are the ground rules for using Beeinked. We've tried to write them like a human would actually speak. Where the legal language matters, we've kept it; where it doesn't, we haven't. If anything's unclear, email us and we'll explain.

Who you're dealing with

"Beeinked" or "Beeinked Software" is a managed website service operated by the founder as a sole trader in Wales, UK. In these terms, "we" / "us" means Beeinked, and "you" means the person or studio paying for the service.

What you're paying for

A custom-designed website for your tattoo studio, hosted and maintained by us, with ongoing updates handled via WhatsApp or email. The exact scope — number of pages, features, etc. — depends on the plan you pick. Current pricing lives on the pricing page and is the source of truth.

Billing and cancellation

Your content

You own everything you send us — photos, copy, branding, the lot. By sending it to us you're giving us permission to use it for the purpose of running your website (which is the whole point). If you want something removed, just ask.

When you cancel, you keep your content and your design. We'll export the site for you — content, images, and the final build — so you can take it wherever you like. We're not in the business of holding your work hostage.

Domain names

Uptime and support

The usual caveats apply: planned maintenance (we'll warn you), things outside our control (big internet outages, Cloudflare having a bad day, DNS weirdness from your registrar), and acts of actual god don't count against the SLA.

Acceptable use

We reserve the right to decline or remove content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is used to harass people. This isn't a fishing expedition — we're a small team working with tattoo artists in good faith, and 99.9% of clients will never hit this clause. But we're not hosting anything that's going to land either of us in court.

You also agree not to use the service to:

Liability

We'll take good care of your website, but we're a small operation and we have to be realistic about what we can be on the hook for. To the extent the law allows:

Changes to these terms

If we need to update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and email existing customers with a summary of what's different. If you don't like the changes, you can cancel — that's always an option.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Questions about any of this: hello@beeinked.co. We'd rather answer a confused email than end up in a misunderstanding later.
